Silverland Hotel Ben Thanh is, without question, one of the best and most modern hotels in Saigon. We choose to stay here every time we visit because it consistently delivers outstanding service, excellent amenities, a prime location, and exceptional value. The level of customer service is remarkable. Every staff member is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. During our most recent stay, we hosted my sister’s wedding welcome party on the rooftop, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make the event special. They worked closely with us to accommodate our food requests and assisted with decorating the space, creating an intimate and romantic setting with beautiful views of the city. Their attention to detail and willingness to exceed expectations made the evening truly memorable. The guest rooms and bathrooms are stylish, modern, and impeccably clean. The design is both elegant and functional, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Large windows provide excellent views of Saigon and the Ben Thanh area, adding to the overall experience. The location is unmatched. The hotel is located directly next to Ben Thanh Market, making it easy to shop, dine, and explore throughout the day, then return to your room to drop off purchases before heading back out. Major malls, restaurants, and popular District 1 attractions are all within walking distance, which makes getting around extremely convenient.

Silverland Hotel in Ben Thanh is hands down the best and most modern hotel in Saigon. We stay here every single time we visit, and it never disappoints. From the exceptional customer service to the amenities, location, style, and price—everything about this hotel is top-tier. The staff truly sets this place apart. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they consistently go above and beyond to make your stay special. We even hosted my sister’s wedding welcome party on the rooftop, and the team exceeded all expectations. They worked with us to source the exact food we wanted and helped decorate the space beautifully, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere with stunning city views. It was such a memorable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. The rooms and bathrooms are chic, modern, and spotless, with thoughtful details and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-designed, functional, and feel luxurious without being over the top. The views overlooking Saigon and Ben Thanh are also a huge bonus, especially at night. The whole experience was perfect. Staff was so accomodating, they helped us carry the luggages up the stairs, beautiful welcome treats and detailed check-in instruction, the hotel interior itself has won many awards, the room is warm and clean, it has everything we need during our stay. Staff offered to keep our luggage after check-out until we were ready to head to airport. They even offer afternoon tea and access to shower and pool when we have checked out. The short walk to everything was also a bonus point. We look forward to be back.

Staff are really thoughtful with the complimentary flowers and wine to celebrate our anniversary. Staff were truly amazing and friendly throughout the stay. Buffet options were really good too, love their local options. Bath tub is a great addition too! With the jacuzzi function. Definitely one of the highlight of the trip is staying in Silverland Ben Thanh! Will be back!

I had a great stay at Silverland Ben Thanh, and several things really stood out. The room was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful details that made it feel both comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which added a warm touch to the experience. We also appreciated the amenities, especially the relaxing common areas and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is that a few small details, such as the buffet didn't quite have all that we expected but that was minor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
