645am wake up call on check out day was unnecessarily, also the 800am housekeeping barge in was absolutely unacceptable. We were just falling back to sleep after the call when that happened so we just left instead of staying, which was our original plan.

The pool was freezing. Even my 8-year-old, who typically spends her life in water, refused to play in the pool because it was so cold. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean.

The hot breakfast was the same both days. The potatoes were cold and the meat was bacon crumbles both mornings. Would much rather had sausage or bacon strips than the crumbles. On the other hand the coffee was very good.

This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay for swim weekends in the area. Clean hotel and friendly staff. My daughter likes having the hot water, tea and honey available all the time! Unfortunately there was a very loud hockey team that did not adhere to the quiet hours of the hotel (that they signed) and would not listen to the staff when they told them they needed to be quiet all the way until 1am! I appreciate the staff trying their best to keep it quiet, they did the best they could do!

Staff was friendly, quick and checked in frequently to make sure things were going well. Room was modern and very clean. Room darkening blind was amazing as a night shift worker!
