Conveniently located to river and activities. Met our needs. My suggestion would be to remove the chest of drawers from the small bedroom with the double bed. The room is quite small and hard to maneuver in with the dresser there.
House was very accommodating; we brought over our jet skis and had plenty room for them in the water in front of house and room to park the trailer and truck in the driveway
On arrival at to the property The front door was very tricky to get in. I asked about parking for boat trailer because it says bring your boat. I was told you can park it the front yard there is no front yard. I managed to get it in driveway driving in the house across the streets front yard and when you get the trailer in the driveway there is enough room to back your vehicle in but you cant open passenger side doors. There is a boat lift that doesnât work and is in the up position so you canât park a boat unless you bring a kayak or a jon boat. The house was clean but most of the breakers were turned off refrigerator was propped open A/C was off so it took awhile to for it to cool down and we had to put our groceries in a cooler until the second day. If they get the boat lift fixed our removed it would be ok but you need to find somewhere to park your trailer.
