Relax in a unique and private one bed, one bath apartment sitting above our beautiful barn with your own garage parking. The space comes with a full kitchen, a gas stove, washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. We are centrally located between downtown Hornell and Alfred, home to Alfred State and Alfred University. You would share a large U shaped driveway with the hosts, but will find plenty of privacy in this rural setting. We’d love to have you stay!

Excellent stay

Our second time staying at Mikes place. Great location - about 10-15 min from highway. Plenty of space for our trailer. Large space to accommodate, my husband, infant and lab. Mike is very responsive and easy to correspond with. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice option for the Alfred/Hornell area! Well equipped apartment with garage access and full kitchen. Mike was very helpful and could be reached easily via text when needed. Central to Alfred, Alfred Station. Andover, Wellsville, Hornell easily reached. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in the area!

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The owners were quick to respond and very friendly to any messages we sent and regarding checking in on us. My daughters and I had a great stay where we could relax together and share a home cooked meal. We were even able to bring our family dog to join us - which made my college kiddo SO happy. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit Alfred! Thank you, Mike!
