It is alot farther to the springs than a 3 minute walk. Almost driving distance. No propane in the bbq grill so that was useless for our steaks. Did not have a kitchen but the microwave and refrigerator were nice. The wifi was almost non existing and almost unusable. Heater worked great and the bed was comfortable.

If you are trying to get away from it all --- this is the place. We have AT&T and had no phone service. The room was nice but had no air conditioner. It had a fan and it wasn't hot while we were there so it worked out.

I stayed here before and loved it but it looks like the management was replaced. Our room shower head was terrible. The outlets next to the bed did not work. The office/lobby was closed the whole time with no management on site.

Beds were fine. Not a lot of food options but "7670" owned by Hot Sulpur Springs was great. If you went to the hot springs you got a discount on meal.
