The staff was very friendly. I was able to keep in touch with them regarding late check in via text. And they were quick to respond. The pool looked amazing, but we didn't get to enjoy it due to out late arrival. The lobby and common areas seemed to be clean, but the bedroom could have used a little more attention. Our air conditioner made some weird noises some times, but the hotel was booked so no other rooms were available. It is walking distance to the outlet mall, with a Coney Island & Arby's near by. I would stay again. It was a quick trip, but it was nice. Great breakfast options as well.

Not sure I would stay here again. Price is good, but property is in need of basic maintenance and vacuuming. Area around our tub is peeling, carpet gets the bottom of my feet dirty. Wallpaper in common areas is peeling/curling at the edges. I removed and cleaned air conditioner filter due to a musty smell and found it completely clogged. Could be a great place to stay with some TLC.

This was truly a terrible hotel. Floors were dirty. Sheets were dirty. The best place that I could find to sleep would have been in the bathtub, and even that's questionable. Genuinely will never be coming back to what I can only describe as a circle of hell made manifest

Horrible experience. We came back from a wedding and there was a cockroach in the bed and the bathroom. We backed our bag and went downstairs and there was no one at the desk. We waited 10 minutes before someone finally came down.

There were cockroaches, a light that was arcing and had no cover (fire hazard), and blood on the wall of the elevator. Unsafe and disgusting. The staff was not friendly when it was brought to their attention.
