It's an older hotel that's been renovated. It was clean and quiet but shows its age in a few spots. I think it's a good sub $100 a night place but I wouldn't pay more than that.

I stay here often and the staff is very friendly and accommodating every time. It would be nice to have updated rooms though. The decor is tired and old in many of the rooms I have stayed in but rooms are always clean. The Beekman products are really top notch. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and seated me where I could have my breakfast with my dog. I have stayed at other hotels in Ann Arbor and I still prefer to stay at the Kensington.
