We had a great stay. The staff are wonder people and the front desk gentleman William is a super nice man. He was incredible. I’ll definitely stay there again! The pool and hot tub were amazing!!!! Perfect for families. Also complimentary champagne for the adults!

Nice pool. Room was okay, not the cleanest. Low ceiling. The front desk person double charged me when the room was already paid in full on Expedia. This was corrected after I called and complained. Pay extra attention!

Great location and Service

This was a great location, beautiful buildings, and very good staff. Rooms are clean, food at breakfast very fresh. My only reason for less than excellent in comfort was old soft pillows and a little noisy. The buildings are wood frame and even on top floor noise traveled a bit.

This hotel had an unpleasant smell in the hallways and in the room. The room I stayed in had dust around the door lock, dirt in the bathroom light, dust on the bathroom fan and the shade had food stains. The amount of flying insects and spiders in the room made the stay more unpleasant. Some staff were customer friendly, but most were not esp the gentleman at the front desk. When I called down to request a late check out, he told me I could not check out late as check out is at 11am. I replied your website and this text message I just received informs me there is an option to check out late and either request on the website or concat the front desk for assistance. His reply… oh you want to do that…it would be $50. I replied I know, then he proceeds to say I’ll mark you down. He obviously knew that was an option but he told me “I can’t do that”…very frustrating. Definitely will not stay there again.

Staff are always very professional here. It was busy when I arrived and at least one staff member was clearly tired but she remained respectful and even helped me out in getting the room I wanted (away from the road noise.). Very much appreciated!
