For a VIP member, I was put in a handicapped old room. The carpet was dirty and dingy. The door was tore up. The bathroom was poor lighted as the room was poorly lit. It was just very old and dingy. I would not stay at this hotel again. When I called the front desk to discuss the accommodations, they were systematically prompted. I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry it is an older hotel but they didn't offer anything to make the accommodations nicer.
