Highlights were the breakfast and cleanliness of the room and beds. Certain staff lacked hospitality. It seems to be an older property that has had minor upgrades. We were visiting family all day and just using it to sleep and shower. It served that purpose. It matched expectations for its price point.

On checking in we could not connect to Wi-Fi in our room. We were able to in the lobby area. The gentleman who checked us in came to the room and acknowledged that we couldn’t connect. He was concerned and said he would see what he could do. We did not have Wi-Fi for our entire stay. While the gentleman tried to help the woman who was on the front desk did nothing to help. I went to the desk before we checked out to remind her that we still didn’t have Wi-Fi and the next guests would have the same problem. Her response was to tell me that nobody else had any issues. I took that to imply that she didn’t believe me. The second employee couldn’t be bothered and had no intention of doing anything. At least the first employee verified the issue and tried to help. So sad that one apathetic employee can ruin an otherwise great experience.

the over all its really good my only problem was the hot tub was not working and that is a problem. My wife picked that hotel out because of the hot tub and pool area. The pool area was nice like I said except for the hot tub not working

It was great experience all over! ($200 /2 nights stay) I recommend this hotel to everybody. They have clean room and enough amenities (front desk gives you extra if you needed 24/7) And their free breakfast was amazing!! Variety of bread, muffins and drink, make your own waffle machine, bacon, sausage and potato. Always a person refill food and even she help me making my waffle. I stayed $200 / night at Holiday in Suites next to them a month ago. They charged me double and their breakfast is so poor, no warm food. When I asked them if they have waffle or cookies they take me to the shop and tell me to buy cookies there. They reimburse the charge after 10 days and no apology never. Holiday inn doesn’t worth to stay but Comfort inn here has great service at all.
