Beautiful new house 3/4 mile from Hunter Mountain

Come and enjoy the mountains all year round. The house is located in center of a village with walking distance to stores, a movie theatre, restaurants and bars. Direct access to Schoharie creek from the back of the house where you can play volleyball, basketball and enjoy camp fire or BBQ grill. I’m pretty sure you can spend awesome evenings on the large deck using the hot tub and eating dinner. On the third floor there are two bedrooms with 2 double beds in each bedroom and a bathroom. Bedroom windows face Hunter mountain, where you can see people on ski slopes. Second floor features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have TVs and cable boxes with 150 + channels including premium like HBO and Stars. Two of the bedrooms have balconies with mountain views. On the first floor there is nice kitchen with a formal dining room on one side of the house and a living room with a fireplace and pool table on the other side. You can play ping-pong, fusball, x-box one kinnekt and PS3 on two different TVs. AND A LOT MORE.

Mice droppings in the kitchen cabinets. Cabinets were coming off. Only a few of the hot tub jets worked. We stayed in the same home two years ago and in that time there was a serious lack of maintenance.

This is our second year staying in Hunter at this cabin and it was perfect for my group! The house offers plenty of space and activities. Its position at the bottom of the mountain allows for gorgeous views. The hosts were very communicative and helpful along the way! Highly reccomend a stay here!

I had some extended family stay with us in this house and everyone enjoyed our time there. The house has plenty of rooms, fun entertainment options, and having 4 bathrooms really added to the convenience. We made good use of the kitchen and grill and enjoyed a few family meals together. The location is perfect right in the heart of Hunter.

We rented this house to accommodate a large family gathering and attend Octoberfest at Hunter Mountain. The house is in a perfect location and walkable to the mountain. There is ample sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms. The house is well stocked. We enjoyed sitting around the outside fire pit and playing games. The host is very responsive to questions.While bath towels were provided, you will need to bring washcloths and dish towels.We had a wonderful weekend and recommend this house for large gatherings. We would stay here again!

Your home was built with incredible attention to detail and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it! We appreciated being in the center of everything, yet having a beautiful and quiet backyard. The creek, firepit, and hot tub were all an added bonus that enhanced our stay greatly. Host was always available and accomodating for all our concerns too. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Perfect for large group

We had an excellent stay at this home. We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone - enough bedrooms and seats at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and volleyball court. The view of the mountain was spectacular. The only downsides were some bugs, difficulty closing/opening the deck doors, and no direct creek access from the yard. Otherwise, no complaints!

Great location, great house

We had a fantastic time staying at this house. It’s very close to the skiing area. The dining area is big enough to fit a big group of people like us. The hot tub is a plus in this cold weather. The gaming area is pretty roomy. We will plan to come back in the future. Thank you!

Awesome stay but property needs some update

We had a lot of fun at the place. Backyard is good to sit outside with lot of seating. Place was convinent to hiking trails we wanted to go. Some of the things were old like outdoor rusted table, no cushions for outdoor chairs. Living room was crammed with the gaming stuff which was not really clear from the pictures as we expected it to be in separate room. Bathroom doors wouldnt lock. We contacted the owner and he sent someone right away who could fix some bathroom not all.

Great weekend house

This house was perfect for our friends group of 5 couples. The outdoor area with firepit + hot tub gave us a place to enjoy the views of the mountain and the great spring weather. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and everything was super clean. The beds are on the smaller side (doubles/full) and some rooms had 2 beds in them, but I'm not sure those would be useable for two separate couples - but they'd be perfect for kids/cousins/kids + parents. The house has some significant stairways to the 2nd and 3rd floors - so it's not for anyone that has challenges walking. Overall we LOVED the property and the host was fantastic through the whole process.

Great stay

This place had everything. Enough room for all of pur guests. A perfect backyard including a deck, hot tub, volleyball net and court, basketball hoop, and firepit. Our group was more than entertained in the house, taking full advantages of the ping pong table and the pool table. Nearby hikes for outdoorsy people. Nearby golf course. Nearby bars and restaurants. Perfect vacation place with friends! The host was always responsive to everything our group recahed out about. The host had someone bring dish towels to us one morning when we could not find any. Perfect host, couldnt ask for more!
