The hotel was super clean, the elevator was a bit sketchy, the beds were super comfy and breakfast was good. But the front desk staff was so incredibly rude. The night shift girl was there both nights we stayed, long brown hair super petite - just not pleasant to talk to. The property saya there is a snack counter - there isnt. I asked the girl and she was super rude about it.
Then first morning when we went down for breakfast, there was two men at the front desk just staring at people eat. Not saying hi, good morning, there was a younger gentleman - probably in his mid 20's dark hair clean cut, sat there with his arms crossed the entire time just staring at us. There was an older lady the day we checked out, she seemed tired but she was the only person at the front desk to speak to us, greet us, acknowledge our existance so thanks to her for being nice.
We took our breakfast back to our room the first day because it just felt so unwelcoming downstairs and I didnt want to be given a death stare everytime we came across the man that worked the front counter.
So House keeping 5/5. Front desk staff 0/5. (Except the older lady who checked us out Sunday). We travel frequently and have never encountered such cold and not friendly/welcoming front desk staff. Not a good way to start your morning.
