Property is located in downtown Hyannis and is very convient. Close to many resturants and stores. However some strange noises in back alley road. Overall a good place.

one night for concert

We have been here before for a concert at the Melody Tent. Check in is quick and easy, Owner is right at the front desk and a great guy. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is right on Main St within walking distance of many great restaurants. Also connected to the Duck Inn bar. You can come back from the concert have a drink ( reasonable prices ) and walk back to your room. Great!!

The property was very outdated , the toilet handle kept falling off , air conditioning hardly worked , paint peeling off the walls , we didn’t even shower because it did not look clean. Wouldn’t stay again.

the end of the line?

it’s a great location, but the property has seen better days. small room, small bathroom, outdated carpet, one chair one desk. rumor has it it’s being replaced by new condos, but i can’t verify that.
