You come to the Cape for the beach 
 so why not stay just steps away? This charming two bedroom one bath cottage on a quiet cul-de-sac is just steps from Keyes Memorial Beach. It sleeps up to 6 on 1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The perfect location for enjoying the beach, shopping, dining, or simply getting some rest and relaxation.

Upon entry, the first thing you'll notice is the cathedral ceiling which opens up the bright airy living space where we have carried the feel if the Cape into and throughout the cottage. The Jack & Jill bathroom can be accessed from either bedroom and towels and linens are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen makes home meal preparation practical, efficient, and affordable. Whether grabbing a quick bowl of cereal for breakfast at the kitchen table, or enjoying steaks grilled to perfection on your own private patio, this cottage will be your vacation home away from home. For those who prefer fine dining, the restaurants and activities of historic downtown Hyannis are just a mile away.

Centrally situated on Cape Cod it is ideal for day trips anywhere on the Cape all the way up to Provincetown. The Ferries to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket are also close by.

This vacation home has many extras from an in-ground heated pool (seasonal), to WiFi to help you stay connected, and a dedicated parking space.

The cottage was cute, quaint, and clean. Steve, the owner, was communicative and kind, and he answered any questions we had quickly. It was the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend outside the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Our January stay was sensational to finally see Cape Cod and Nantucket. To that end we could have used plowing/shoveling in advance of our arrival along with ice melt because the walkway was dangerously iced over. The parking lot was plowed so we were all set not long after arrival. Comfortable amenities and we had all we needed for a weekend to walk the beach and explore downtown Hyannis and walk to the Ferry terminal.

This small but spacious cottage was stocked with everything we needed
a complete kitchen, nice linens, very helpful instructions for using the tv (much appreciated!). Everything was spotless! Great location to the beach, city park with picnic area, town within walking distance. This was a quiet getaway for winter - no crowds! Thank you, Steve

Picture perfect in every way! The TLC this little gem receives is evident upon entry - fresh and clean, the tastefully chosen seaside decor lifts the spirit and makes you feel happy to call 4B “home” while in Hyannis. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom (although narrow) was easy to share between 3 adults as it had well placed hooks, towel racks, and nice cabinet and counter space. The location was IT! We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend and were blessed with gorgeous weather - sunny and cool - making walking on the beach a must! The beauty of the area is breathtaking and we are so grateful to have these images in our memory banks for life. Thank you to our host, Steve, who truly has his guests best interest at heart. Before, during, and afterwards, Steve was a thoughtful and direct communicator who made us feel welcome and appreciated. We are so happy to have found you on VRBO!

My Wife and I came here on our honeymoon trip, and just WOW. This place was so close to everything and the entire process and communication with Stephen was the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Beautiful cottage. This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it. It is so cute and cozy with exceptional views. Steps to the beach. The beds are super comfortable. Very clean with beautiful decor. Full kitchen. Outside table and chairs for morning coffee and taking in the view of the water. Quiet and quaint. Close to town and the ferry. Highly recommend. House was perfect for our long weekend getaway! Location to the beach was perfect and the area was nice and quiet! Close to downtown for good food and an easy drive to the Hyannis port for taking the ferry to Nantucket! The house was just the right size for our small family. A short walk to the beach was perfect for young kids. Close enough to main Street that it was easy to go out for dinners. Stephen was easy to work with and communicated great! Overall a great stay!

The cottage was exactly as described, if not a bit more charming! It was perfect for our family of 4. Check-in and parking could not have been easier and communication with our host was smooth and clear. The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable and wasn't lacking in supplies. The beach chairs were appreciated. Great water pressure and counter space in the bathroom. Super short walk to what almost felt like a private beach. We used the pool several times and were always the only people there in addition to the lifeguard. Could have walked to Main St., but it would have been a decent walk and the drive was 2 minutes and parking was always easy to find. The variety of restaurants can't be beat. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great week on the Cape!

This was our third time staying at Steve’s cottage. It has been wonderful each time. The property is maintained well and very clean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. We highly recommend this property and will be back in the future!
