Located on the Giens peninsula, in the sought-after residential neighbourhood of Les Pesquiers, this 70m² house is just 100 metres from a sandy beach facing the Îles d'Or (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Île du Levant). In a quiet and secure environment, it is ideal for family holidays, thanks to its direct access to the gently sloping beach, which is particularly suitable for children. Monthly rentals are available during the winter season.

Welcome to HYEGRASSE
This two-storey house offers a comfortable and functional setting for stays with family or friends, just a stone's throw from the sea.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with a lounge area and a dining area, opening onto an east-facing terrace through a bay window and a French window on the west side, offering pleasant double exposure. The kitchen is separate, practical and convivial. A first bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds.
Upstairs, two bedrooms complete the sleeping area, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The house also has a bathroom, a shower room with WC, a terrace and a pleasant garden for enjoying sunny days and outdoor meals.

Facilities: electric hob (2 rings), fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, television, garden furniture.

Maison idéalement située

Maison très agréable proche de la mer et du port. Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas la climatisation. Le propriétaire est sympa et il a accepté de racheter un deuxième ventilateur. Beaucoup d’ombre autour de la maison et quartier calme.

Dommage qu il n y ait qu un ventilateur pour 3 chambres et pas de Clim dans une région où il peut faire extrêmement chaud ( ce qui a été le cas cette semaine) Il serait bien d équiper un peu les transats (ajouter 2 matelas serait sympa)
