Grateful this hotel does not allow pets as I am allergic. It’s one of the few in Idaho Falls that do not allow pets. The room was clean upon arrival but they said they only clean every other day. We were there for three nights/four days and they did not clean again, even though we requested it. Also, we requested a room with a bathtub and were then given a handicap room. The beds were low to the ground. The bathtub was low and the sink was lower. We are tall people so it was not my favorite stay.
