"Room 221 was smelly, frayed carpeting and poorly equipped. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no extra roll and same with paper towel less than half a roll and no replacement. The linens were clean and bed was comfortable. But high humidity and bad musty smell were hard to overcome. Hard to find any staff to help us sign in since I did not receive an email or text giving instruction. So, I will never stay there again. Felt like we were being punished for using cheap tickets to book the room."
