The elevator was down the whole time of our stay. The room key is only 1 and you need to remove when goong out which mean aircon will be off . With the 30 degrees weather that is very incinvenient!
The staff are all nice. The property is clean and new however elevator is not working the whole time we were there (5 days) .They said under maintenance but looks like they were just turned off. Also the room key they only give 1 so when you leave the room aircon will be off as you use the key to make aircon and lights works.We have to wait for a few minutes to cool the room and so inconvenient when its 30 degrees temp.
Great staff, nice room just lacking a fridge in your room and breakfast getting dropped off at 5.55am was a bit to early on my first morning. Other than that very nice stay
No windows, Bathroom floor puddles with water due to it doesnât go down to drain. Thereâs no light outside you canât find the hotel l, no signage. And lobby too dark.
The sole elavator is turned off intentionally to save electric bill which utterly defeats the purpose and such a joke. We have to bring up and down our luggages.
Complimentary breakfast is served but not served on time. Complimentary water is only one carafe of water. All extra requests will have to be paid extra.
The hall way does not have AC.
WiFi is really fast though.
The Free Breakfast was undercooked scrambled eggs with egg shells in them EVERY DAY ! Asked for toast EVERY day instead of rice & was told EVERY day we dont have any bread, even with a grocery store RIGHT NEXT DOOR ! Hot water was barely warm. Elevator broken down 2 days in a row. My wife tried to order lunch from menu in room & was told NO western items were available 3 days in a row. We asked for breakfast to be delivered at 8am, the young inexperienced, untrained crew brought it up at 7am. At checkout the young crew had us wait for 12 minutes while they checked the room, then tried to charge us 300ps due to a spot of blood from my foot on the sheet and to make sure we didnt steal a pillow..... We are in our 60's and do not need to steal a pillow from your motel. You need to train your crew in guest relations and FIRE the F&B mgr. He is incompetent & is costing your property sales revenue. We will NEVER be back.....Also breakfast was terrible every day.....
