This fantastic villa with a great garden and private pool on the outskirts of Inca invites 8 people to spend a great vacation in the calm of the countryside.
This spectacular country house has a very beautiful and well cared exterior area with a stunning lawn garden surrounding the dream-like chlorine pool. This sizes 10 x 5 metres and it has a depth from 1.2 to 2.5 metres. You can sunbathe on one of the 8 sun loungers and wash off under the spray of the exterior shower before taking a relaxing dip. After that, a large glassed-in kitchen-dining room with AC by the pool allows you to prepare your favourite dishes on the grill or on the gas hob and enjoy them at your large table or on the open-air terrace. You will find here a bathroom with a tub. In addition, there also is an exterior barbecue and a wood oven to cook pizzas or even your own bread. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

At the other side of the garden you will find a second building where you will find the living room, the bedrooms and the bathrooms, all characterised by a relaxing and cosy atmosphere that will make you feel at home. The living area offers two comfortable sofas where you can sit and chat with your loved ones or watch the satellite TV channels. There is another corner which is perfect to enjoy a good reading. Both areas feature AC and a wood stove for you to be comfortable. Next, you find the large hall - with a 5 metres long closet perfect for the clothes of all the guests- that leads to the bathrooms in the house -one with a shower and the other with a tub- and to the 4 bedrooms, all of which have AC. All of them have a double bed but one with two twin beds and space for a baby cot and a high chair. There is an independent laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located about 3 km away from the centre of Inca, a small city in the centre of the island with a singular charm. It offers a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars and services in general but being at the same time quite and cosy. Its traditional street market takes place every Thursday with artisan and local products, and it becomes a great lively place. This day is perfect to have a walk, go shopping and enjoy lunch in a "celler" that is, a traditional restaurant. You can also enjoy the night life in Inca and have some drinks. Regarding the beaches, the nearest one is in Puerto de Alcudia about 30 km away but you can also drive skirting the coast to know other wonderful beaches and coves.

Please note that there is no closet in any of the bedrooms.

Just about Ok

Good points - Angela the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Wi-Fi round the house and pool area worked well. Kitchen in the poolside building was very usefull. Undercover parking for 2 cars was a bonus. It’s a large plot so quite a lot of room Things that could be better - pool is a little tired with some missing mosaic tiles and a large stone holding the filter cover down, and maybe could be a little cleaner. Pictures of the villa show an outside shower but this is no longer there. Gas oven in the kitchen was a little tricky to use as the auto ignition does not work. The water supply to the kitchen tripped 3 or 4 times in 10 days and required a trip switch to be reset in a building about 50m from the house. The electric gates at the entrance do not work, we were told it would be repaired but this didn’t happen. Bedrooms are basic - no draws or chairs to put clothes in and wardrobes are in a common area so was a little awkward sharing. Inca is a working town and not very particularly pretty. As a note, one of the bathrooms (with bath) listed is actually in the kitchen building so not quite as useful as we thought 3 bathrooms would be.

This property could be amazing

This house could be amazing - but it is tired and in need of some TLC. We were greeted with an overwhelming smell of damp upon entry which wasnt pleasant. All of the bedrooms are a good size but without comfort. There are single pillows (we asked for more but were told not possible) and very uncomfortable mattresses. There were ample towels in each room in a really lovely little Mallorca basket (a really nice touch) The Wifi signal is not good enough to work the digital TV, or connect to a laptop for work - we had planned to work from the location but could connect with any decent strength which was frustrating - even phones struggled to connect. The living area is really lovely and large, and the bedrooms are a good size. The bathrooms are both really tired and showing signs of needing some work doing to them - great that one of the bathrooms had a bath and the other a walk in shower (perfect for the kids) however, when the bathrooms were used by more than one person (ie we showered to go out to dinner) there was a very strong smell of sewage from the drains... The kitchen area is a great space - but again needs a little TLC. Plenty of crockery and glassware - there was less than minimal cooking utensils and no BBQ equipment (we call the agent about this) Huge fridge/freezer. Very old-fashioned oven and range which was challenging to work. We were really disappointed to be told by the owner NOT to use the indoor BBQ grill (which was so attractive in the photos) as it would fill the kitchen with too much smoke so had to use a very small, old bbq outside. The Pool was amazing, great size and really deep, however again, needs some maintenance - there are some damaged stones/paving around the edge which made it a little bit dangerous. The outdoor shower shown in the ad and in the photos doesnt exist. The location is really great - easy to find, easy to access and 7mins to Inca (about 9Euro in a cab) lots of parking space (we had 3 cars) Im really sad that the comments seem quite negative, because we had high hopes for this property based on the photos, and we can really see what this property could be if it had a little attention.

Wir haben insgesamt 8 NĂ€chte in der Finca verbracht und waren rundum mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das separate KĂŒchenhĂ€uschen war fabelhaft, die Lage der Unterkunft ist, sobald man sich mit der Umgebung etwas vertraut gemacht hat, sehr gut zu erreichen und wunderbar gepflegt. Der Pool ist riesig, die Ausstattung der KĂŒche Ă€ußerst umfangreich, so dass es einem an wirklich nichts mangelt. Die Gastgeberin ist eine unheimlich nette Frau und hat uns am ersten Tag noch mit allem vertraut gemacht. Trotz dessen, dass wir die meiste Zeit unseres Urlaubs auf Mallorca in der Unterkunft verbracht haben, hat es uns dort an nichts gemangelt, wir waren rundum mit allem sehr zufrieden und wĂŒrden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder hier verbringen. Wir hatten als Großfamilie (8 Personen, volle Belegung) eine wunderbare Zeit auf der Finca Sa Tanca.

Wir hatten als Großfamilie (8 Personen, volle Belegung) eine wunderbare Zeit auf der Finca Sa Tanca. Angela ist eine ganz herzliche Gastgeberin. Da mein Mann gesundheitlich behindert war, tat sie alles um uns darin zu unterstĂŒtzen, dass auch er eine schöne Urlaubszeit verbringen konnte. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Dass diese in einem separaten Haus untergebracht ist und direkt am Pool, fanden wir perfekt. Gerade mit Kleinkindern war es optimal, dass die SchlafrĂ€ume etwas entfernt davon sind. So konnten die Kids ungestört ihren Mittagsschlaf halten. Das "Schlafhaus" ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ein ruhiger RĂŒckzugsort. FĂŒr die SchlafrĂ€ume standen Ventilatoren zur VerfĂŒgung. Nachts hat es wunderbar abgekĂŒhlt. Wir haben jetzt keine Klimaanlage vermisst; Reisezeit Ende August. Diese sind aber wohl in Planung. Am Pool gibt es inzwischen WLAN ĂŒber ein zweites Netz. Ferner wurden Gartentisch und -StĂŒhle ausgetauscht. Angela und ihr Mann tun wirklich alles um die Finca immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt war unproblematisch und bei Anfragen kam umgehend eine Antwort. Wir haben einen runden Geburtstag gefeiert und wurden mit einem leckeren Kuchen von Angela ĂŒberrascht . Vielen Dank nochmals. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Finca nur empfehlen.

We had a really nice holiday at Sa Tanca. You would need a car for transport if you’re staying in this location. The villa itself was clean and had all the facilities we required. Only small negatives the BBQ may require an upgrade soon with some new BBQ utensils. There wasn't spare bed linen/pillows although the temperature was hot during our stay so we didn’t require any extras. Vacalia was a good company to deal with, everything was as they said and they responded quickly to any communication.

The finca is a great place for a relaxing holiday. It is located in a quiet area, yet only a few minutes away from the next supermarket and only 30 minutes away from the airport. We enjoyed everything very much, especially the garden with the large and deep pool (although it could have been a bit cleaner and there were a lot of wasps nearby the water). A big plus was the separate kitchen house by the pool with its own bathroom, as well as the stone oven for homemade pizza. However, the kitchen was not equipped with any kind of cooking basics. The main house was very clean and the air conditioning worked really well. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only fans. The wi-fi also worked quite well, there was even a second wi-fi for the pool area. On some days a responsible person stopped by to take care of the garden and the pool, but the visits were always announced in advance via mail. All in all, me and my friends were happy with the finca and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

We had a perfect stay during our time in the house.

We had a perfect stay during our time in the house. Located centrally of Mallorca it is easy to do day trips when you don’t want to stay by the pool. The house is in a rural area so you need a car to go to the supermarkets or to go somewhere else. After checking in we had contact with the owner Angela who was very helpful with tips and easy to contact during our stay if any questions. The house itself is beautiful and the pool and pool house was used a lot during our stay. Can definitely recommend this villa for a quite and nice stay.

“Wir waren insgesamt 14 Tage in der Finca und haben es geliebt! Es war so schön! Vorallem die Abgrenzung vom Wohn- und KĂŒchenbereich hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage ist auch top! Keine zwei Minuten von sĂ€mtlichen SupermĂ€rkten entfernt. Angela und Llorenç sind sehr, sehr freundlich und haben uns ganz herzlich empfangen. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder diese Finca buchen.”

Die Unterkunft war ein absoluter Traum! Der Außenbereich ist sehr gerĂ€umig und der Pool ist ideal fĂŒr ein paar entspannte Tage! Nachdem der Check-In etwas schwierig war, hat uns das tolle Interieur des Hauses und das komplette GrundstĂŒck schnell wieder in Urlaubsstimmung gebracht. Auch die abgetrennte KĂŒche war ideal um Abends ein paar leckere Cocktails am Pool zuzubereiten. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, deshalb ist ein Auto ein Muss. Man erreicht von hier jedoch alle KĂŒsten und Orte in ungefĂ€hr der gleichen Zeit - Mallorca ist gar nicht so groß! Abends waren wir komplett ungestört und konnten unter den Sternen liegen und den Grillen zuhören oder unbekĂŒmmert Musik hören. Bei kleinen RĂŒckfragen kam immer schnell eine Antwort und wir wurden durchgehend super versorgt! Wir hĂ€tten uns keinen besseren Ort “nach” Corona vorstellen können, um das erste Mal wieder richtig Urlaub zu machen. Danke fĂŒr die tolle Zeit - wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The place was absolutely amazing! We loved to have two separate houses, a huge garden and a wonderful pool! The host was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay there. I can only recommend it!

Fantastischer Urlaub in schöner Finca

Die Finca hielt was sie versprach, die Anlage war gepflegt und der Pool riesig. Neben dem Pool war vor allem das separate Speisehaus ein Highlight. Wir haben sieben wundervolle Tage in der Finca verbracht und noch nie solch nette Vermieter gehabt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und schnell vor Ort, wenn wir etwas benötigten.

Schönes Haus in abgelegener Lage

Sauberes Haus, gepflegter Garten, großer Pool Ein paar mehr Kochutensilien wĂ€ren schön, prinzipiell aber eine ausreichend ausgestattete KĂŒche mit Gasherd und großen KĂŒhlschrank. Von hier aus kann man alle Ecken der Insel relativ schnell erreichen und viel erkunden.
