Notice to Owners & Guests
Indian Harbour Beach Club
Dear Owners and Guests,
Please be advised that from October 13th through November 21st, the exterior of the Indian Harbour Beach Club will be painted. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with Saturdays only if needed due to weather delays.
From October 13th – November 3rd, the contractor will be painting the east side of the building using a swing pulley system from the roof to access balconies. Balconies will first be pressure washed, then prepped, and finally painted. Please note, the balcony floors will not be painted—only the walls and ceilings.
While your balcony is being pressure washed, you will not be able to use it, but once that step is complete, you may return to using it.
During the prep and painting stages, you will not be able to use your balcony.
Once painting is finished, you must wait 8 hours before using your balcony again.
For any day your balcony cannot be used, we will provide a daily discount. If we know ahead of time which units will be affected, there may be a possibility of moving you to another unit that would not be impacted during your stay. You may also cancel with a full refund.
From November 3rd – November 21st, the north, south, and west sides of the building will be painted. During this phase, there will be little to no impact on your stay.
Please note: the pool and beach will remain open throughout the project. In addition, the walkways will not be painted, so access in and out of the building will not be affected.
We sincerely apologize for the short notice and appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this necessary improvement project.

Relaxing, peace and quiet!

If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place to be! The condo was well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beach umbrellas, sand toys for kids, beach chairs, etc. Home was nicely decorated. The private beach wasn't crowded at all, plenty of space to spread out. Grocery place and a regular Wal-Mart is close although we did drive 15 mins to the Wal-Mart Supercenter. We enjoyed the night time bioluminescent kayak tour in Merrit Island which was about 30 mins away. We also got a chance to see a SpaceX shuttle launch from the balcony where you can also catch the best sunrise you can see.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!

If you’re considering booking this rental, do it! Myself, my husband and our two little girls loved how beautifully decorated, clean and close to the beach this home is. Our small girls were in tears upon our departure and honestly us adults weren’t too far behind them *laughs aloud!* We definitely plan to return next summer.

Another great stay at Indian Harbour Beach!

We have stayed at this property in the past and it is a consistent favorite location. Great views of the beach, especially at night seeing the full moon on the ocean. The sounds of the waves. The unit is well stocked, clean, organized, good quality as always. Great communication with the owner.

Perfect Weekend

My son and I stayed in this condo for a father son trip. Deep sea fishing, golf, and lots of great food. This condo was perfectly located and gave us a great place to call home for a few days. We loved it.

Love Indian Harbour Beach Club, 2nd time here. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels/equipment, very clean, great office staff. This unit is so cute, sea turtle theme is fun. Nice updates have been done, and we saw multiple launches right from the beach and one from our balcony! Worth every cent, great location! We donated a wok pan and 2 boogie boards to the unit 😎

Perfect Getaway

The BEST beach getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome condo! The views were absolutely stunning and the place was so comfortable and homey. They had plenty of beach towels &the perfect amount of beach equipment for us. We had a power outage on the block for a few hours one day, but power was restored before we even returned from the beach. The host was so awesome about keeping us up to date with repairs which was greatly appreciated. We were even lucky enough to catch site of dolphins at the beach on day 1! We ended our vacay with a surprise view of a rocket launch that was absolutely amazing! I would return in a heartbeat, thank you so much for such a memorable vacation!

Annual mother daughter trip!

Everything about this condo is amazing; the location of the condo building itself AND the location of the specific condo! The building is close to grocery stores and restaurants and the specific condo itself is located farther away from the pool so it’s quiet. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, and the furniture was very comfortable! The view was perfect! We normally don’t pay much attention to interior decor, but this condo is not only beautifully decorated, it is also very comfortably appointed! We felt at home the very first night! The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We actually stayed in a different condo in this same building last year. I can say from experience that not all owners put forth the same effort in their condos that this owner does. And the mattresses! Wow! I don’t know what kind of dream cloud mattress is on the twin beds, but I need a queen sized for my own bed at home! My mom was just as pleased with the mattress in the master bedroom. Everything was great! We stayed for two weeks and can’t wait to stay for another two weeks in this same condo next summer!

Great Place To Vacation

Unit was clean, stocked, and very well decorated. View is amazing! We saw dolphins, turtles, and many birds. Will visit again, but may come later in the year since July was pretty hot and humid. One issue was AC Unit failed and had to be looked at by local maintenance. Over all a great stay. Looking forward to visting again... :)

Perfect location!

The view from this condo was absolutely amazing! My mom enjoyed every morning at 5am :( and we both enjoyed it in the evening. It was quiet, relaxing and just steps away from the pool and ocean. It was also the perfect location to restaurants and groceries. It seemed liked every destination was 0.9 miles away. We had a great time and if we visit that area in the future, we will definitely stay there again!
