Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note, the heating/AC system is louder than average when running. If sensitive to sound, consider bringing earplugs. Some units will have sofa beds. Some units will have a queen size air mattress.

● We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $30 per night, $150 per week, and $300 per month.

This property offers seamless self check in process. After booking, you'll receive an invitation to complete the verification process.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
