Great Hotel.... Just needs minor improvements.

I think the continental breakfast needs to be changed up from time to time. Add a "make your own waffle" station one day, or add sausage rounds instead of rubbery links. Some of the doors stick when you open or close them due to the weather warping them. The closet rack is also way too high up and shorter people can't even reach it. The internet was very non-existent. The staff was always friendly.

I’m a little disappointed as it was a Baymount so I was expecting it to be a little bit higher class for a middle class hotel but you can tell it was old and you could tell that it really needed to be remodeled a little bit. The breakfast was so so in fact it was so bad we went ahead and got breakfast somewhere else, but overall it was affordable and it worked for what we needed and it’s a straight shot to Indy and that part was very nice and in a wonderful town that I would live in

In the most expensive suite on the top floor, the coffee machine had not been cleaned from the previous guest, the microwave is broken, there was no safe, and the refrigerator froze everything you put in it. Only the staff saves this place from a zero. They were helpful and courteous
