Livingroom furniture pulls out to sleep three additional people. Located 20 minutes south of Indianapolis right off of the I65 exit. Walking distance to Franklin College and Province Park.

Monopoly Party

We only stayed a few short nights, overall it was really nice. Owner was timely in answering and super nice! There was a couple of things that were mentioned in the guest book that wasnt fixed but other than that it was really good! Totally recommend.

Overall decent

Decorated in a fun way. If you are tall, this shower is not for you. The bathroom could use a vent fan and places to put your items in the shower. The towels were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The listing could be clearer about the location of the guest house.. Overall a pretty nice experience.
