Welcome to your Noblesville retreat! This 3-bedroom home sleeps 8 with an open-concept main floor ideal for family time or game nights. Play pool, stream on the oversized smart TV, or grill on the back deck before a concert. Nearby: Ruoff Music Center (2 min), Mojo Up Sports Complex (3 min), Arena at Innovation Mile (10 min), Fishers Event Center (15 min), Hamilton Town Center (5 min), and Grand Park (30 min).



Downstairs offers a semi open floor plan. The living room has a couch, love seat, and chair for hanging out. Dining area is equipped with a pool table and eat in kitchen has a table with 6 comfortable chairs. Games, books, and toys are all available in the cabinet for your use.



Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms and two full baths, all equipped with bedding, linens, and storage.



Guest has access to all areas of the interior home as well as the back deck and driveway. Guests do not have access to the garage or use of the fireplace.



Check in time is 3:00pm outside of Sunday in which it is 5:30pm.



We are here to help with any of your needs throughout your stay. If you have an urgent need and cannot reach us via messenger or phone, ring the Ring doorbell.



Located in Deer Path neighborhood, this is a mature and quiet area. This is a neighborhood playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court that you are welcome to utilize. You can walk to Ruoff very easily from our location.



Besides walking to the concert area, other activities will need to be accessed via car.

Great for all ages! Toys were wonderful for our 2 year old and pool table and back deck and yard were perfect for our 9 and up kids! Very clean and spacious! Great location! Hosts are very helpful and answer questions and provided great accommodations!

Hannah was an awesome host
.. responded to all my questions right away and was very helpful! The check in/out was easy!!! When we arrived. The home was very clean and very nicely decorated and comfortable and had everything we needed!! There were extra super soft throw blankets on the beds and in the living room which were nice for those in our party who are always cold! We went to the Willie Nelson concert. The first night we arrived. We started to walk, which was maybe a 10 minute walk but yet it was 95 out so we headed back to the house and ended up driving. There were many restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes, shopping, activities very convenient to everything!! We did an escape room in Fisher, which was a lot of fun. We did go ape, treetop, zip lining adventure, and topgolf one night, which was a lot of fun.! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home and Terrance and Hannah as hosts!!

Stay for a Basketball Tourney

We had an excellent stay! The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized, with labeled cupboards and drawers, which made it easy to find everything we needed for cooking. Our kids especially loved the pool table — it kept them entertained the whole time. Highly recommend!

Quick trip to Indy

My extended family (parents, sister's family, spouse, and myself) made a weekend trip to the area for a memorial service. This ended up being an ideal location for us. Very clean and comfortable. We weren't there for long, but it had everything we needed.

Great place for Christmas!

We needed a central location to host our adult kids and their partners for Christmas near extended family in the area. The place was just as advertised, beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped for cooking our holiday meals, and we felt right at home. Close to great restaurants and shopping too. One of the best things was how responsive the property managers were even on a holiday. Ruoff was close enough for our group to walk to, and we’re considering a return trip this summer!

Concert Location

Thank you so much for a lovely and clean home for us to reunite in for our concert. We were from all over Indiana and Texas and it was the perfect place for a girl's weekend with our favorite boy band. It was close to the venue, had plenty of room for us all and the owners were great/ Super easy check-in/check-out.

Nice home with everything you need for a family trip. Kids toys and games in closet as well as a first aid kit. Also enjoyed the pool table. Everything was very clean, and owners accommodated our request for extra bathroom linens prior to arriving.

Great location!

This VRBO was perfect for our family. Close to nice restaurants and stores. Super clean and the hosts have really gone above and beyond for little things including coffee, creamer and sugar. Inadequate cable tv access

Could not access standard cable tv tbs for the natiinal champuonship game. Required a Youtube account for a basketball game!! Beds were nice!!
