The parking situation was terrible. It seemed as though 35% of the ramp was blocked for valet. And with events going on, we drove around for 15 minutes unsuccessfully before an attendant told us if we left the garage and went to valet parking they would park it at the self-park rate. That was nice but do to event traffic it then took us 30 minutes to leave the ramp and get tot he valet attendant. We were on the 9th floor and had to go to the front desk to get ice since no ice machine ON ANY FLOOR was working! And then we were given a small bag of ice. Half of the channels on the tv kept going in and out from clear to blurry. The shower made a horrible rattling noise. The bed was comfortable though.

Everything was great! The front counter staff was friendly and efficient. Self parking was full so we were able to have valet parking for the self parking price. The valet staff was friendly and helpful, unexpectantly taking our luggage to the room and to our car. The gym looked clean and well equipped but we did not have time to use it. We did not eat at the restaurant but it appeared to be busy during breakfast. If we need to be in downtown Indianapolis, we would stay at the Courtyard again. There was a mini fridge in the room but no microwave, in case we needed it. Thanks for your hospitality.

The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. The air conditioning unit was very loud and would do an unexpected loud clunking sound periodically during the night. The Bistro restaurant serves delicious food. We are there several times during our stay. I received my food Saturday morning from Ebony who fixed the best french toiast that I have ever had.
