Total experience was excellent!!! The bed was comfortable but sat way to low to the floor for us 70 something’s with back & knee issues. But, I would definitely stay again & will recommend it to friends going to Indianapolis. The front desk staff went above & beyond being helpful.

Water was out when we arrived. After long drive, had to go elsewhere to use the restroom. Beds were very uncomfortable. Hot water was nonexistent unless ran the water for a long time before showering. TV went in and out. Nothing maintenance could do about it. Overall experience was poor.

Great staff good local terrible noise outside at night could not sleep at all. More sound proofing in room would help. Tv was cutting in and out not sure if it was service or tv it self .Great breakfast. Good firm pillows soft bed. Did notice blood on hairdryer bag. And pet hair on floor.

Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. When HVAC came on it was loud. Worked well but loud. Parking in a downtown hotel in a big city is always a chore. We used the valet service which was good.
