The Space:

Welcome to your luxurious home away from home, perfectly situated near the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the $300M Bottleworks District, and the vibrant Mass Ave. This beautifully appointed three-story house offers a blend of comfort, style, and convenience, ensuring an unforgettable stay in the city.



On the first floor, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, from modern appliances to essential cookware. The spacious living room features a 75-inch TV and a luxurious sectional upholstered in artisan-finished leather with two recliners, perfect for relaxing. The dining room boasts a full-size luxury pool table that converts into a dining table, offering a unique and fun dining experience. There is also a convenient half bathroom located off the main floor for easy access.



The second floor houses all three bedrooms. The master bedroom indulges you with a king bed on a second-highest Purple mattress, dressed in luxury sheets for ultimate comfort. This bedroom also features a private full bathroom and a 55-inch TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, featuring two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The bottom bunks have thick 12-inch memory foam mattresses, while the top bunks offer 6-inch mattresses, all ensuring a comfortable sleep. This room also includes a 50-inch TV. The third bedroom is cozy and inviting, with two queen beds featuring 12-inch memory foam mattresses and a 43-inch TV. Each bed is equipped with four pillows—two memory foam and two goose feather—for a tailored sleeping experience. Additionally, there is a second full bathroom located off the hallway, along with a laundry room for your convenience.



For parking, the house includes a one-car garage and an additional driveway spot. There is also ample street parking available in front of the house.

Bounded by Michigan St., Southeastern Ave., State Ave., and Davidson St., it offers easy access to downtown. The community revolves around Highland Park, created from the former estate of Governor Noah Noble. The neighborhood has seen revitalization with new investments and amenities, making it popular among families and young professionals​

Short uber, scooter or walk from countless activities.



Other Things to Note:

Be ready for normal downtown traffic noise. Please make sure you understand the layout. We allow 15 people but each group must decide on its own.
