The hotel and room view were amazing! I stayed on the lakeside King room with Sleeper couch. Also had a great dinner experience, staff was amazing and really took care of me when item I wished from menu wasn't readily available, 100% recommend this location!

Enjoyed some food and drinks, watched the snow fall over the lake, and finished some online shopping. Turned out to be a fantastic night to be snowed in at the hotel after a day of Christmas shopping. Staff was great to be around!

Well breakfast wasn’t free as your survey question suggested. Austin who worked in the restaurant/bar area was a very pleasant young man and provided excellent service. Front desk personnel were very attentive and did a good job.
