Accommodations

Our 480 square foot carriage house features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, including a fully equipped kitchen for any meal. The bedroom has its own washer and dryer and bathroom contains an oversized soaking tub. High-speed WiFi and smart home features ensure a seamless stay. The parking spot has a level 2 EV charger and the stairway is on the interior of the building. No need to worry about slippery or icy stairs!

You will have access to the entire carriage house. The main garage is separated from the carriage house (there is a locked interior door) so that the only access is your external door.

Before booking, please note:

-ID Required: A government-issued ID is needed for booking confirmation.
-Minimum Age: 25
-Positive Guest History Needed
- Agree to Adherence to Our House Rules and signing our rental agreement
- There will be a $300 hold during your stay for any damages that will be removed after your departure.

Additional Rules:

Check In/Check Out: Check in will start after 4pm and will be by keyless entry. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival date. Check out will be before 11am

Parking: There is 1 parking spots located in the front of the carriage home.

Smoking: Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply will result in additional fees as it will cost more to remove the odors from the walls and furniture as well as loss of ability to re-book in the future.

Parties and Events: No parties or events allowed. No commercial photography permitted. The maximum allowable guests are 10 people

Pets: Pets are permitted but an additional waiver and deposit will be required

Visitors: Visitors are allowed during the day but the total number of occupants in the rental are not to exceed 6 people.

Noise and Neighborhood:

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am which includes fireworks. The only exception is 4th of July weekend which extends quiet hours until 11:30pm

Roads: Please observe posted speed limits and do not speed.

Garbage management: Please deposit garbage in the garbage receptacle by the garage. It is 96 gallons and is picked up every Thursday. Recycling is not offered at this property.
