This hotel for the area is really dated! The outside looks really nice, but that’s where it ends. The mattresses are firm, the showers are ok, could use new shower heads, the tile is cracking and there was rust in the corner of the bathroom, the bathroom door had water damage on the bottom of it. Mouse in the breakfast room! I very discreetly told the manager before anyone else noticed. I thought that was the right thing to do so that we didn’t have any screaming children, etc., or women jumping up on top of their chairs. One other negative for your consideration might be to spruce up the front entrance, which needed some paint and refreshing new outdoor chairs. otherwise, the accommodations were more than I had expected. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating, Charles I believe was his name. The breakfast also surpassed my expectations. The next time I am in town, I will certainly consider a return visit do the residence Inn of Marriott. Thank you, Susan Pattee.
