Checkin was fine, room cold, but adequate, no internet, no free breakfast. We paid over $50 for two small biscuits with cold eggs and unmelted cheese. One cup of cold cereal to choose from, no juice, no coffee cold pancakes and burnt bacon.l just horrible. They ran out of complementary coffee and only two packs of coffee in the room. We stayed two nights. Will not go back.

It is a great location for the need I had. They didn't offer any discounts for area hospitals as I know other locations do. My second night was reserved but not paid for until I checked in.. when I got to the room, it looked like the cleaning person got called away and never returned. All the lights were on, as their process of cleaning was to shut off the lights as they cleaned that area. The bed was stripped, and pillows on the floor, comforter was on the chair. When I called front desk they offered to move me to another room, but I was spent after spending 12 hours at local hospital. Since I had stayed in the room the night before.i knew it was clean when we entered the room the night before. They came and made the bed and made sure I had clean linens and bath towels. The bed slept great, and the property looked fantastic with lots of opportunities for fresh air, balconies and court yard with a fire pit. I think they could be a little.more generous for families of loved in the nearest hospital. They don't offer Continental breakfast. The fridge in the room didn't cool.and microwave was greasy and had crumbs in it.

Disappointing all around

Booked the largest or at least most expensive suite i believe and the wall paper was peeling, the pull out sofa was filthy, there were barely any towels for such a large room. The pool area was disgusting my children couldnt even walk barefoot we ended up leaving the pool early and that was why we came. I just expected more for the price and location. Ended up leaving and not staying the night

The toilet was filthy there was used Kleenex on the floor and the sliding door was left unlocked… the people were friendly, but I don’t think they’re cleaning the rooms very well at all. I think the employees are letting people sleep in the rooms.

No floor plan maps, not even in our room, so we didn't know where the closest elevator was. Ice machine was impossible to find. The room didn't have the typical binder showing restaurants in the area. No breakfast, not even continental included.
