This was an unbelievably gross hotel. The front desk area was questionable but I checked in anyways. When I went to the room, the exterior glass door was missing the glass and the handle was broken. The door to the room was filthy. When I went in the room, it was disgustingly dirty. There were also holes in the wall, exposed outlets, the smoke detector was in the drawer of the bedside table. The sheets had black hairs on them. There was dirt in the sink and crumbs in the ice bucket. Literally everything was filthy. The entire hotel smelled terrible and the carpet was ripped up in areas. It was shocking! Needless to say, I didn’t stay there.

The staff was great. Very friendly. The room, eh. It’s a work in progress. Lots of issues, we didn’t bother to try the shower. The toilet worked. Sink drain was clogged. I’ve stayed in worse.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. It is freezing outside. There are no blankets. I’ve asked for blankets twice and still don’t have one. The beds have sheets that are stained and bedspreads with cigarette holes. I chose this place because it stated it had a continental breakfast. There is no breakfast, no food. This place is filthy and disgusting. If there wasn’t a snow storm outside, I would have gone someplace else.

Bed bugs, no hot water, burned up bedding, then to top it off they keep the $125 deposit because and i quote “they didnt list the room for a high enough rate”

Have stayed here many times in the past year. Place seems to becoming more routine; staff less weird. Have not heard about as many shootings here as had in the past. They have raised their security deposit, a lot, so may not be back. Less TV channel options as with previous visits. Still no breakfast as they promise. I asked about it again this time and they say they working on it. Has heat, soap, hot water and security. And, micro wave and fridge. Comfortable and convenient location for mee.

Avoid this place
The pics are from years ago. The hotel has roaches. Rooms smells like cat pee. They do not serve breakfast like it states on the website but even if they did with all those roaches you wouldn't want that anyway. The bathrooms have a tissue holder that is supposed to be in the wall and it's falling off, you can tell they've had mold issues. The health department needs to really look at this place and hotels.com really needs to get them off of their site
