Cottage #10 better known as “Margaret and Steve's place to be” and is just that! Cottage #10 is voted “belle of the ball” on property by our guests. This cottage is STUNNING and is the closet on the property to the water. This cottage has been preserved to be as original as possible by the guests request. The view from the sitting room, the dining room, as well as the front porch all fight for the vote of which is a better viewing spot of Fourth Lake. It is unique as it has TWO bedrooms with all one bedroom having TWO queen beds and the other having one queen bed. Full Size kitchen and bathroom help accentuate the charm of #10, and the sitting room as well as the view from the dining room table is hard to beat. The outdoor front porch that is steps from the water provides the most amazing sunset views. This is just steps away from beautiful 4th Lake and has a Charcoal grill andPropane grills are also available upon request. Our property is located on the direct east end of the lake, with a private beach, docks, new rental pontoon boats, free canoes, paddle boats, kayaks and paddleboards. We offer a recreation room for kids with games, reading, and arts/craft amenities as well as property wide free WiFi and smart Tv's in all units. We have a large fire pit located at the beach with provided dry firewood, as well as the best viewing spots for Adirondack sunsets.
