Staff no professional: I give all my detail for confirmation, hotel staff say â hotel didnât received room booking.After 20 minutes, I recall hotel asking for my booking, then hotel staff say â Hotel received my booking.â
Besides that, hotel staff say â hotel full houseâ, because I asking to second floor room. So, I enter the room she give me, water heater no working and TV channel no working.Then, I request for change room. The hotel staff give me other room in second floor. What is the meaning of âHOTEL FULL HOUSE!!!!!!!!â .
