We stayed 2 nights in a normal double room. The hotel is very nicely decorated, in a great location and the staff are super friendly. The gym was also a nice touch for us and at the price we payed, we can’t complain. My only mention would be the cleaning services. When we arrived there was previous guest towel still hung up and quite a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The rain shower also needed cleaning.

The room is clean, and the staff are friendly. Check-in is quick and easy. The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but that’s also a plus because you get to try local restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hanging light is above the bed, which made us feel insecure. Hence, we got to pay to upgrade to deluxe room. Overall, I like the design of the hotel, except for the location of the hanging light.

The hotel is very lovely inside. It’s easy to walk to the old town and there are lots of food places in the old town. I cannot get into a lift due to claustrophobia and the Staff were very accommodating allowing me to take the stairs and ensure I had access.

Noisy and unclean

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything going on in other rooms and hallway, including the sound of the lift and water noises in the pipes. The staff were helpful in that they immediately moved us to another room, but there the air conditioning vents from other rooms rattled our windows which completely prevented sleep. On the second night, having complained our room was changed again - while the sound in this room was better, the bathroom was mouldy and had hatched insect casings in it. In general, the beds are uncomfortable and rooms are very small.

The hotel is definitely IG worthy with it’s decor and theme rooms but the noises from adjacent rooms and road noise are bad. The hotel should consider installing double glasses to minimize the road noises especially from loud exhausts motorcycles. Loud closing doors and thin walls were quite unbearable, glad my stay was only one night.

The style of the property was so unique that I took the time to walk around it just to see the different nooks that had been setup. The staff, service and the room were amazing as well! It is a definite must see and stay kind of place
