Had the best view of the sunset from the 3rd floor, staff was awesome, clean and upkept BUT the party doesn't stop after the bars close, the party goes on till the sun comes up! They do tell you its loud when you check in and give you earplugs.

It's a very noisy hotel. Couldn't sleep the 3 nights spent there. No sound proofing installed. There are no amenities, tables, nor appliances. If you don't mind that, its on a sweet beach spot.

Everything about this hotel was great. The concierge was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only major problem was the neighboring bar that began blasting loud dance music at 10:00-10:30 PM. It was tough to sleep there, sadly. We certainly slept well when we made it home.

Beautiful view of the ocean and excellent location to restaurants. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Private outdoor balcony space. The music during the night until 2 am from the beach was loud as the hotel had noted. If loud music at night bothers you I would choose to stay in another location.

The pool doesn’t look desirable to jump in but who wants the pool when you have the beach right in front of you. The room had what we needed. If relaxing and quietness is what you want this is not the place, it’s a block away from main bar areas and there is another beachfront bar right next it music is very loud but it was convenient for us since that’s what we wanted.

Nice beachfront hotel right in the heart of town, if you like to go out and party this is your place since you are next to all the party locations, if you want to relax then choose another property because the bars nearby are very noisy up untill the morning. The rooms are nice and it’s very walkable around
