Amazing 5-bedroom/4-Bathroom family beach cottage in the heart of IOP! This awesome house features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Our home is outfitted from top to bottom with WiFi, AC/Heat, Full Laundry Room, Pool, Deck & Yard! House is laid out wonderfully for entertaining with your friends and family with a giant "great room" that allows your whole group to be together while cooking, watching movies and playing games! Our home also includes a fun game room that is outfitted with games and even an arcade game with 100's of classics! Guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay including all linens, bath towels, beach towels, etc. You will be sure to enjoy your time on Isle of Palms at our cozy house with everything you will need!

Isle of Palms is a beautiful barrier island near Charleston that has the relaxing air of a beach town but only 20 mins. from all downtown Charleston has to offer. Besides the gorgeous, wide beaches, IOP has a marina for renting kayaks, jet skis or boats, has an amazing recreation center that includes a playground, tennis courts, sport fields and indoor and outdoor basketball courts. This is truly a one of a kind home in an excellent location on Isle of Palms with the beach and Intercoastal Waterway just steps away!

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this house. No smoking and the maximum number of overnight guests (over the age of 2) is 12. Please note, IOP is sensitive to inappropriate noise levels so no parties and large gatherings after 10 PM. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.

The house worked out great for our Thanksgiving family get together. We had a large group and the expansive kitchen-living area was wonderful for eating, watching football games on TV and playing board games. The kitchen was well stocked and there was ample seating for everyone. There are TV's in every room so watching different programs was easy. The game room was a plus to keep the younger ones amused.

Great house! Much larger than it looks, plenty of space for a group. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need and storage. Loved the outdoor space as well (just make sure to bring your mosquito repellent!). Pool could use some TLC. There were broken tiles, and the pool guy who came by noted how murky the water was due to pump not working (lost a day of pool time as he had to treat it heavily). But overall great house on a quiet street!

Great House at the Beach

We spent the week at IOP at this beach house 3 blocks from the beach. House is wonderful & deceptively large, had plenty of room for our large group of 3 families with kids. Property manager was great & responded quickly to all inquiries. We went to the beach every day which was a breeze for us with the golf cart.

Great stay! Owner allowed us an early check in which was great! He provided us info for golf cart rentals etc. Quick response time. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and having a double fridge was convenient! 5-7 min walk to the beach

Great place, great beds

Really liked the openness of the kitchen/living area. Grill was clean and easy. Pool was perfect. Only slight problem was squeaky bedroom doors.
