Beautiful home with a gorgeous saltwater pool, 1 block from the beach - 806 Carolina

Only 1 block from the beach! Call for short stays! This beautiful 5 bedroom home was recently updated. The home sits on a large lot and has a gorgeous saltwater pool, wonderful screened-in back porch and scenic front porch.

The spacious updated kitchen has a large island that spills into the living room area, making it an ideal space for entertaining and large gatherings. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, gas range, built in oven, breakfast area and direct access to the screened in porch. Do not miss the comfy family room/game room on the pool level. This space is ideal for everyone to enjoy board games, a foosball game or relaxing movie night. This game room connects directly to the pool.

The backyard features a large pool, a shaded dining table, 9 chaise lounges around the pool, a large hammock and lawn area for the kids to run around on. Outdoors you'll also enjoy the ping pong table, outdoor shower and basketball hoops in the pool and the front driveway. The house also offers a laundry room, garage with many beach chairs and games to take to the beach. There are TV's on 4 bedrooms, in the main floor living room and the downstairs game room. Board games, puzzles and pool towels are also provided. Linens are provided with sheets, towels and wash clothes. There is no elevator at this property.

A starter set of paper products, washing detergent and dish washing soap are included. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement (Internet and Wifi: No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

Great House!

We had a golf trip for 12 and this house was absolutely perfect. Other than the golf course, we never had to leave the property. The house was clean and exactly as advertised, the location was right next to the beach, breakfast spots and the grocery store. Highly recommend.

The Perfect IOP vacay

This house was absolutely perfect - from the beautifully appointed interior, to the exterior porches & gorgeous pool and yard 
we couldn’t have been happier. The location is fantastic- just a block from the beach and downtown Isle of Palms stores and restaurants. The kids had a blast rotating from beach to pool all day. We visited with family friends and everyone found the home comfortable and loved our time in IOP.

Wonderful House—Great Screened Porch Area

Beautiful house with fabulous screened-in porch area where our group of 7 spent the majority of our time. Pool is larger than most. Loved the openness of the floor plan and gourmet kitchen which was well stocked. Great location.

Good home for families

The house was well located and perfect for a family. The only problem was the pool which is older and had residual algae from a recent storm. It took a few days to resolve the problem and the rental agency was very fair in responding to the problem. Going forward I am sure that this won't be a recurring problem for future renters.

Beautiful home with awesome pool

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 small children. It was a short walk to the beach that was not crowded even though we went at the end of June. The pool is larger than most with some seating in the shade. Loved the large screened in porch

The rental process was simple. Up front payment of half the rent then a month out the other half. Property management kept us up on checking in and checking out. Very professional and always helpful.

Beautiful house

This is a gorgeous house with a perfect location near the beach. The house is very clean, well-maintained, and it has everything you need for your vacation stay. The pool is an excellent addition that gets lots of use. I recommend this house to any families that want nice quiet area for their vacation. Isle of palms is a great destination and the house is located right in the middle of it.

Great group getaway house

Beautiful Beach House with gourmet kitchen! Short walk to the beach and well stocked with extra beach items (surf board, boogie boards, chairs, etc) The pool is large -great for our group of 12! Fantastic choice
