Located an easy 3 block walk from the beach, this well built and beautifully designed four bedroom home provides you with easy access to the beach as well as a quiet & peaceful oasis. There's plenty of room in this impeccable home for everyone to spread out or gather together. Brightside boasts several outdoor areas, including a welcoming front porch, a screened porch with a cozy seating area, a back deck with propane BBQ grill, a private balcony off the second floor master suite, a backyard with fire pit, Adirondack chairs and string lights and an entertainment area in the garage with TV, sectional sofa and a ping pong table. The home's interior is also stunning with its beautiful furnishings, freshly painted walls, hardwood floors, crown molding and high ceilings.

Guests enter Brightside by walking up the exterior stairs in the front yard to the front porch of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer that leads you to either the large living room with comfortable seating or a half bathroom & den off of the kitchen. The living room connects to the dining area, the screened porch and the kitchen. One of the home's master suites is located on the ground floor off of the living room. Take the interior staircase to the second floor to find the master suite, the bunk bedroom, the guest bedroom, a hallway bathroom with a double sink vanity & shower/tub combo and the laundry room. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars is included in the rental rate.

NO PETS; NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Close to Beach Hoouse

We had plenty of room for our family, it had the bathroom items needed, and best of all no taking sheets off the bed when it was time to leave. We went to the beach every day. The only one thing that we didn't like we couldn't find a light for the side of the house. Our daughter in law backed into our car trying to get out of the driveway. Maybe the lights were burnt out. It was a great place to stay.

Beautiful house, comfortable stay, amazing location but not well stocked with the basics

The house was beautiful and in an amazing location. Clean, well kept and comfortable. However, the house was stocked with only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no extras. For this nightly rate and in a home that sleeps 10, we would expect that the home would come stocked with the basics. We found this to be disappointing. Otherwise, the house was very enjoyable.

Spacious and Perfect for a FUN long weekend at IOP!

We loved staying at Brightside! The home met all expectations, was clean upon arrival, and great communication throughout. The oven had a spill from a previous renter and the team was responsive, on it, and able to fix the issue that same day, early afternoon, in plenty of time for prepping and making a delicious dinner in the well prepped kitchen- had all needed for cooking/baking/making meals. We loved the kitchen space, large pantry, extra room off kitchen for additional storage, the garbage cans, and any additional leaning products/tools. The communal layout downstairs made for an ease/flow of movement, which was refreshing as we had 9-10 girls in the house throughout the weekend and it never felt crammed! The living/dinning room is spacious and gorgeous, too! Plenty of room to hang out around the couch, beautiful fireplace, and a big, long, chic dining table that allowed all 10 of us to sit and enjoy a lovely dinner as a group! Beautiful set up! Off the open living / dining room in one is the large porch with lots of seating! It is on the side of the home, private, and we so enjoyed drinking coffee and chatting together on the peaceful and screened porch each morning! Furthermore, the bedrooms were wonderful! One master upstairs with a bathroom to die for, and 2 other great rooms that share a bath off the hallway. There is another wonderful master downstairs + a good sized home office! Bed was SO comfy! I slept great! Overall, house exceeded anticipation! Thank you!

A true gem!!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brightside - couldn't have asked for a better experience! The pictures honestly don't do it justice... the house and it's furnishings are beautiful, and it's even more spacious than I anticipated. The great room is elegant yet fully functional and extremely comfortable - with an incredible, large couch and a beautiful long table where we enjoyed dinner. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house itself was spotless. The location is perfect - just a couple blocks from the beach, and we were impressed with the amount of beach equipment available for our use (a chair for every guest, a wagon, etc.). Last but not least, Steven and his team were extremely responsive, which made the whole experience seamless. Can't recommend this place more - it's a gem!

Great Vacation Home

Brightside was a lovely home for our group of 6 adults. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and easy bike ride to bars/restaurants. Beach equipment (chairs, cooler, wagon) were a bonus. The host was very prompt and helpful when contacted. We enjoyed our stay at Brightside!

Very nice home but lots of stairs!

There are stairs everywhere! It was difficult for me, after back surgery, and my elderly father to navigate. Even the living room was sunken with stairs from the entry and to every other room. The home is very nicely decorated except the kitchen needs redone. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and it is very clean. The home was very clean! I would give it a 4.5...there was a sleeper sofa in one bedroom which would have been more useful in the "office" on the main floor. We would have appreciated more washcloths, toilet tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods for a 7 day stay with 10 people. Overall the neighborhood seemed safe and nice but alot of remodeling noise nearby.

Awesome Location And Stay

This is a wonderful option in Isle of Palms. A great home base for the Charleston area, 2 blocks to a grocery store, yet a nice quiet neighborhood. Super clean, lots of space, well equipped. Really no complaints. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing stay at Isle of Palms

This was an amazing vacation for my family and friends. The house was very clean and in amazing condition. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away and although our stay was during the winter time, it was a great morning walk and getaway. The owners were great and very attentive with any issues we had during our stay.

Family Thanksgiving 2022

We rented Brightside for Thanksgiving break. The home is very spacious and easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 teenagers. It had everything we needed for our stay and was convenient for access to the beach and Charleston. I would highly recommend this property to others with similar needs.

Fantastic girls trip destination!

There aren’t enough words to describe how great the property was. From the time we selected it to the time that we checked out, the property owners were in touch and everything that was described was available at the property. It’s a gorgeous property and a perfect opportunity for the ladies to get away and recharge. Plenty of sleeping and bathroom spaces and a lovely family room that will offer an opportunity for you and your girls to spend time recharging and having fun.

Amazing Property

We traveled to this property for a Bachelorette weekend. The property owners were extremely friendly and kind. They were communicative throughout our booking and stay. When we arrived, we were easily able to get into the property with a personalized door code and we were made aware of when the property was ready for us to check in. The property is in a great location to grocery stores, the beach and its not a bad drive from downtown. The house is absolutely beautiful and was super clean. We had plenty of towels set up on the beds so there was no worry there. There was plenty of counter space for cooking and prep. The fridge was massive and updated so we were able to fit all of our food in there. We've agreed that if we were able to stay here again, we would with our families for a fun weekend in Charleston.
