Beautiful elevated tri-level home with reverse floor plan, located in the heart of Isle of Palms across the street from the beach. Before you head out to relax on the beach, you can get a beautiful glimpse of the ocean from the rooftop deck. You won’t have to worry about your car since this home is a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops! The Pavilion Place outdoor private neighborhood pool is tucked away behind the house, and shared with only six private homes (open April 15-October 15).

This home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, ice machine, gas grill, and a private outdoor shower underneath. Soak in the sun from the lounge chairs along your very own rooftop sundeck! Each balcony allows you to sit back, relax, and take in the ocean view. The square footage of this house is 2,675. No pets. No smoking. Linens & WiFi included. Dining area: seats 8, with additional seating for 8 at kitchen island. Gas grill can be pulled out from under garage for use.

We had a great time staying at this property over the week of July 4. It’s right in the mix of things and was a perfect place to view the IOP firework display and walk over to the golf cart parade. It is loud at night during the summer because all of the close live music, so that’s something to consider if you have little kids. Having the pool there is great, and while the house is starting to get a little dated in some ways, it’s still a wonderful spot close to the beach and easy walking to everywhere else.

Thought the weather was not on our side, this house provided the room and comfort for three families, the convenience of the perfect location across from the Windjammer and the beach, and the opportunity for a unforgettable Easter weekend--memories that will last a lifetime. We loved it!

Great spot for girls trip

We stayed at this house for a college girls trip (all guests in their 50’s). We had 10 people which worked out great for us to not have to use the top bunk beds. The house was great! Loved the kitchen and sitting area, especially the covered porch off the kitchen. It was too hot to sit on the sun deck but that looked great too! Loved the location so close to the beach. First night there was a large tour bus parked out front which wasn’t aesthetically pleasing but was fine. This house might be difficult for a family with little kids who can’t sleep with the noise from the bar across the street. We loved it for our purposes. House was clean and ready an hour early. Only thing was there was some opened food in the pantry left behind from previous people which felt kind of gross to us (chips, pie, cookies). Communication with realty company was excellent. Would love to stay here again!

Weekend Away

We had a blast being so close to the beach & local food/bars. The Windjammer being walking distance was great, although loud at night did not deter us in anyway. Also a great spot to get to downtown quickly. If you stay here just make accommodations for vehicles ahead of time as Uber and Lyft do not travel to this area much. The home was large in size and had all the amenities. Very clean and picking up the keys was easy. Would rent again & recommend to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After almost 18 months of not traveling out of state due to Covid-19, we were very much looking forward to our week in the south. SC and IOP are wonderful areas. Our rental was ready when we arrived. Linens were provided along with some necessities like toilet paper and paper towels etc. The house had a strong musty/old urine smell downstairs that we noticed immediately. I called the Island Realty office to let them know but never received a call back. Several of the bathroom fixtures were loose and borderline functional. The house looks newer in the pictures but has some wear and tear, especially in the kitchen. TV in the great room is practically on the ceiling and very difficult to watch without straining your neck. Great location for beach, bar access but noisy, especially on the weekends.
