The property management was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was very clean inside and very spacious. The outside needs some upkeep, we had to wipe down all the chairs, and some of the pavers are loose. Right at the bottom of the stairs a section is very loose and one of the guest rolled his angle on it. Turned out to be a very bad sprain. So that should be taken care of. The shower curtain in the bathroom needs to be replaced. It’s a great location and a great house just needs attention to those few things.

Great Stay!

Stayed here with friends and had an amazing experience! Owners were quick with communication and were super helpful and personable. The house is very spacious with plenty of rooms to fit large groups. We loved how we were walking distance to the beach and local shops. We also liked how we were not far from the bride so downtown Charleston was a short ride away. Would definitely recommend!

Family beach vacation

We got the family together to enjoy the beach and Charleston Beer Festival for a weekend and this house was a wonderful base of operations. It is spacious, well appointed, clean, and large enough to accommodate our hoard of kids. We had a blast! Thank you for hosting us!

Awesome family vacation

Property was clean and well equipped. Hot water heater went out but there were two so we just used the other bathroom. First primary mattress was very hard. We had a wonderful time.

Howard’s Vacay

We were impressed in all aspects of our Sandy Cheeks rental home. The home was uniquely decorated, clean, roomy for our group of 17. The location was perfect
 2 blocks to the beach & 2 blocks to the park & Pickleball court. The only thing that we were a bit disappointed in is we had requested a couple more pillows and a set of new sheets but did not get them till late the 3rd day.

Excellent in so many ways!

The location is fantastic and the layout of this home is great for a family or group of friends! It is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and grocery. The yard with a hot tub and fire pit was perfect for our winter vacation. The layout is fabulous, plenty of space and lots of areas to gather or get away. There is a great TV room set up to watch the game, lovely room with porch swing ready for having a cocktail, large eat in kitchen, room downstairs for a game of pool, another room to set the kids up withe a move and the the porch for BBQing or reading a book in the sun. We all wanted to stay longer and will be back again. And this place is so clean! Thank you!

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home that on line pictures did not do it justice. Super clean in a peaceful safe neighborhood. We loved IOP and hope to visit again. We cooked a lot for our large family and could have used more pots, but the neighbors were great and shared.

Wonderful home for the whole family!

Lovely home! Just as pictured. Close walk to the beach. Loved our morning off leash walks with the dog. (5am-9am). Lots to do in the surrounding areas or just hanging out playing pool/games or jumping in the hot tub after a beach day.
