Cheap but good services

Manager (Mr Azaz) was very much cooperative. He was very much curious about our arrival. He called on phone to Mr Urdgon (Shift Manager) whether we have arrived or not. Mr Urdogon was also helpful as he took my luggage from road to 4rth Floor. The check-in was express. Mr Azaz also took our luggage and dropped us near Taxi while leaving the hotel. The price was too low as we stayed for 4 nights with 4 family members. The hotel was just near to Restaurants.

Возникли небольшие проблемы с поиском регистрационной информации , но минут через 10 все решилось , нас заселили в номер полностью удовлетворяющий нашим ожиданиям.Все было аккуратно и чисто, две бутылочки холодной воды с дороги были как нельзя кстати, кондиционер и холодильник работали. Особенно порадовало расположение отеля все исторические достопримечательности находятся за 5-10 минут ходьбы , что безусловно очень удобно. Спасибо большое , буду рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым.

READ! Before booking!

I work as a hotel manager in Sweden and I can tell that this property should immediately be removed from the Expedia Group network. This property does not run a regular hotel business. My advice shortly to all future guests: Rather sleep on a chair in the transit area of Istanbul Airport terminal than to choose and book this so-called ,,hotel”. Please see carefully the attached pictures from the Superior upgraded room.

excelente ubicación, pésimo servicio al cliente

El lugar es cómodo y tiene una ubicación increíble, el recepcionista es la persona más antipática del mundo, nos tiró a la calle mientras estabamos esperando el Uber para trasladarnos al aeropuerto, pese a que estabamos con 2 señoras mayores con gritos nos dijo que no podíamos permanecer en la recepción, que si ya habíamos hecho check out salieramos.

Good quality for their price

We have been stayed there for one week. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the center, tram stop, metro and marmaray. There are lot of markets and cheap cafes nearby. The staff is very good. Administrator Mohammed solved all the problems fast and highly quality. Rooms are small. Due the old hotel facilities and furniture there are lot of things need to be changed. Sometimes you could not find there the perfect cleanliness, working lights or electric outlets then don't hesitate to ask the Mohammed, he will do his best to make you satisfied. I don't recommend this hotel to a travelers with children or demanding people. For their price I fully satisfied with the quality provided. Hope they will renew the furniture and correct all the deficiencies.
