Lovely room cleaned daily good gym and spa which I used often very helpful staff. The only downside was the Atrax restaurant, I had a meal with my wife my order was wrong which was changed my wife ordered the steak which inedible so tough and the vegetables and potatoes were cold on returning the dish it came back with the same vegetables that were sent back , still cold the steak was better but not great. The staff didn’t even enquire if the meal was now to our satisfaction and stated after they were busy , the most expensive meal of our short stay but definitely the worst. Shame as we had cocktails there the previous few nights when it wasn’t busy and the staff were great.

-Cleaning staff took items from our room minibar. -Dishes do smell in the restaurant. -Ac is always adjusted to 20 degrees and we cant control it -we put the request to clean our room at 6pm and came back at 1:30 am to see that nobody came to clean ,, also they didn’t refill bathroom handwash soap, also they didn’t refill tissues

It is a 5 star hotel but can use some decor updates. The buffet is great, the pool is lovely. Right next to Aquarium and a large mall with many restaurants. Just be aware it is not in the middle of Istanbul, but further over on the European side.. with traffic it took over 2 hrs to get from SAW airport
