El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la terminal de micro que te trae desde el aeropuerto. Cuando llegamos y nos asignaron la habitación estaba muy fría (la temperatura era de 5 grados en la ciudad y dejaron el aire frío prendido en la habitación) . Eso fue un gran inconveniente para nosotros porque tardó mucho en calentarse el cuarto y tuvimos mucho frío. El desayuno muy bueno.

The level of attention to people's requests was awful, from the day he entered the hotel until the last day, we requested to turn on the heating system in the room, but they did not do anything and the heating system in our room did not work. The quality of the breakfast was awful, the attitude of the staff was very bad. It was the worst hotel ever

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was walking distance from metro, bust station, Taksim Square and Istiqlal street. What I did not like was the elevator, it was too small and sometimes we had to wait a long time to get on it. But overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I would consider it for my next trip to Istanbul.

Bad service and less kindness and understanding

It was not as we had expected Staff was not good at the breakfast time stuff was all way less and once finished with stuff not being topped up said it’s finished no more to come out every day
It’s something not exciting on a life as it needs cleaning SOME ONE SNEEZING AND LEFT THE MARKS OF THE SNEEZING 🤧 NOT PLEASANT’ OR GOOD’ TO SEE AND NOT TO BE SEEN TO BY HOTEL
