The staff are friendly and kind. They are willing to help. They explain that the water and tea/coffee is free. The only downside was the pool was out of action during my stay. I only used the pool once.

Everything was perfect . The room was not queen bed size . It was single bed and put it together. You cant sleep at the middle . The place of the hotel Location not really fit for 5 stars hotel like golden tulib .

IIt was secure clean. But doesn’t have a view away from the metro station about 20 minutes walk. The showers water keep changing temperature. I was burned in my back three times. I told the reception they said they will send somebody to take care of it, but no changes. upon checking out one of the housekeepers open the door while we still packing our stuff and we were just 10 minutes late when I told my experience to the reception in charge, he apologies and offered us free Turkish coffee that was the only good experience. I don’t think I will come back to this hotel
