Great location steps away from the airport which was perfect for us when connecting flight got cancelled in the middle of the night. The night staff was very attentive to my family’s needs. Ceylan was especially kind and helpful, thank you! Not sure I can share the same opinion about the morning shift staff. They seemed to be happy to make extra money out of us.

A great hotel

It is a great hotel.i stay here twice a year as it is very near the airport. They even supplied courtesy car for me as i have mobility issues. The only thing i can say is that i ordered room service for dinner. It was lovely, but my main meal was not covered and was cold by the time i had my lovely soup. Otherwise i had a loveky stay as always

A decent hotel for a night as we had an early flight the next day. Shower had some moldy areas in the grout and seams but it was ok. I can’t say there was anything spectacular about the hotel besides it being close to SAW airport. Again, it’s a good option for a quick night’s sleep.

The hotel itself is very good but sadly the reservation team did not pay attention neither to our special request for bedding nor the eligible room upgrade due to member status. Strongly suggest to reach out to the hotel via phone if you have special requests as it seems they are not watched. Other than that, everything was very good.
