The Hotel is a nice place to stay, not much around there, but a 15 minute walk takes you to a main st ,which has a couple of restaurants with Turkish food, about 30$ aud for 2 of us being conservative.

Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent.

incorrect Rating

The hotel was rated *five stars*, but it felt more like a three or at most four-star property. The incorrect rating raises expectations higher than what is ultimately met.

bad customer service

Bad customer service, needed to scan a document at the reception as they dont have business centre, reception people dont even acknowledge your presence, they keep talking over the phone or to each other, and when someone answers you, anything can distract them from listening to you. they are very loud when they talk to each other and dont smile. owful feeling when dealing with them

you should provide a menu to your customers at restaurant Belongs to your hotel. that you do not have a menu is a bad excuse. when a customer asks for his receipt you should give it, do not return the customer answer about what the customer is going with it very rudely. I was visiting under their hotel due to health. that is, high heart rate. during that experience I got a high heart rate up to 160. the heart rate I could follow because I had on a kind of machine that measured my heart rate. by the way, I ate a meal that ended with a price of 30 euros without menu and receipt. this hotel is crooked and does not even deserve 2 stars. who has given them 5 stars

Sauna not included / bag incident / location

Problem 1: The listing says there's a sauna and steam room - which is the primary reason why I booked a stay here. Turns out, use of the sauna/steam are NOT included with your stay, and in order to use them.. you must purchase a spa package for approximately 100 euros. Very misleading and disappointing. Problem 2: MY BAG WENT MISSING. I arrived back in my room and my bag was gone. Shortly after my arrival, someone walked into my room with the bag. They said that they didn't have a record of me checking in, so they didn't know why there was a bag in there. My main issue is that my bag was opened and various items were moved around. Were they looking for identification, or were they looking for valuables? I'm not sure. Problem 3: The location is somewhat inconvenient. You can see the Mall of Istanbul, but in order to get there you need to take a taxi. Was alright for the 1 night I stayed there, but I wouldn't want have to do that every time I wanted to go get food. The good: The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is also comfortable. No problems with the wifi.

MAL SERVICIO
