I'm really surprised that customer services are in Sera hotel professional! Silent place and surrounded with markets. Biz yorumlardan temiz olduğunu bulduğumuz için gitmiştik ama bence bir önceki misafirin nevresimleri aynı şekilde kullanılmıştı aşırı rutubet vardı yatak başları çok pisti yastık kılıfı çok pisti. Kötü kokudan uyuyamadık gece ki kapı pencere açık olmasına rağmen. Klimamız su akıtıyordu. Lavaboda peçete falan yoktu biz kendimiz istedik. Tuvaletler temiz değildi saçlar vardı hep. Başka odada yüksek sesle kavgalar oldu söylediğimiz halde bir kere uyardılar ondan sonra uyarmadılar gecenin saat üçüne kadar o kavganın bitmesini bekledik o yüzden hiç dinlenemedik kahvaltısı vardı ama hijyeninden emin olmadığımız için kahvaltımızı orada yapmadık görüntüsü fena değildi kahvaltını fiyatına göre iyiydi. Bölge olarak bence tek kadın olarak gidecekseniz tercih etmeyin ama birkaç kişi gidecekseniz sıkıntı olmayabilir.
