"We booked a cosy balcony room with view of the lake. The view was fantastic. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in our price, was great-lots of choices both hot and cold. The breakfast room had wonderful views too! And, an added bonus in Montreux was the transportation & discount card. We visited 2sites on our wish list for half price!"

"My husband had a health emergency late at night. There was no one at the desk at that time but there was a phone. I called the number that was listed on the phone and was so relieved that someone answered. The lady came and called the paramedics for me. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I wish we had been able to stay and enjoy the area."
