This rustic-style holiday home’s 147 sq.m. are distributed on a single floor. It welcomes three bedrooms with warm/cool air-con, one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with two single beds, so that up to 7 people can stay here. There also is one bathroom with shower and one with bathtub. The splendid dining-living room is extremely cosy, and you will find out that a rustic atmosphere does not mean lack of comforts. In fact, the wooden beam ceiling and the stone arches match with the fireplace and the whole decoration of the holiday home. The open kitchen is completely equipped.

The outdoor is spectacular, thanks to the breathtaking views over the town of Iznate and the lush vegetation of the Sierra Tejeda. The landscape surrounding the holiday home features almond trees, mangoes and vineyards, in addition to being extremely close to the Costa del Sol. On a fenced terrace, you will have the possibility to enjoy the private pool, while on the enormous patio there are a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area. The perfectly cared-for garden will make your pet fall in love with this holiday home so that you won’t have any excuse for not relaxing and spending some unforgettable moments in Iznate.

The pool is heated via solar panels, to a maximum temperature of 27ºC, depending on the outdoor temperature. Heating is available all year long, except for July and August.

The access to the house is made possible by a 300 m unpaved lane.
