Woman who checked me in was rude and condescending. I booked through Expedia originally and asked if I could add a day to my stay. She tried to tell me she couldn’t honor the rate or keep me in the same room until I explained how ridiculous that sounds…and this woman appeared to be a “manager” Ridiculous, even her co workers and valet guy were embarrassed!

Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.
