Interlaken 22 - June Lake, 3 BR, 3 BA, Forever Views! Beautifully decorated. Spacious bedrooms!

Escape to this beautifully decorated condo with cabin decor throughout.  Prepare a feast in the well-stocked kitchen while visiting with your family in the open-concept living space.  This condo is bright and has a nice deck off of the living room featuring amazing views, a gas BBQ grill and a table and chairs to sit and relax. Snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy the brand new gas fireplace and watch a movie on the large living room flat-screen TV. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms, newly remodeled bathrooms and plenty of room for your entire family.  Experience views galore, close to hiking trails, nestled on the edge of Gull Lake, what a vacation spot!  This is absolutely one of June Lake's best rental properties.  Tennis courts and 3 hot tubs are featured.  This is a must-stay vacation property. Please note:  There is no garage use at this property.

Guest will have full access to the condo and the common spas.

We will meet you at check-in and check-out at our office.

There is no public transportation
Once we receive your reservation we will send you a vacation rental lease agreement via email. Please return within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

**Tax not included in nightly rates** Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. All properties are non-smoking. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Smoking: All of June Lake Premier Reservations properties are non-smoking. If the property smells of any tobacco product or Cannabis, your credit will be charged for any services/equipment used to remove the odor. Please do not smoke inside the property. All smoking must take place 30 feet from any structure. Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 10:00AM. We expect you to honor these times as the housekeepers need to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest’s arrival. If you have special needs and would like to check-in early, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee this. Weather: We do not refund any monies for weather related issues or smoke due to forest fires that may affect June Lake or the surrounding areas. Please research weather conditions or call us with any questions or concerns you may have. Weather is the Eastern Sierra can change drastically in a short time. Credit Card: Full payment is due at the time of booking a reservation. When a guest pays for a reservation using a personal credit card, you are also acknowledging that this credit card will be held on file as the security deposit during your stay and used for any damages caused by anyone in the responsible person’s party. Reservations Payment in full is accepted at the time of booking. Refunds: There are no refunds for departing early. Please take this into consideration before you do so. Illness, medical emergencies and poor weather do not qualify for an early departure. Age Requirements: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a property with June Lake Premier Reservations. Our staff reserves the right to ask for identification to verify a person’s age should there be question. All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by someone who is 21 years of age or older. Pets: Pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Please do not risk this as you will be asked to vacate the property immediately should a pet be discovered. If you have a service dog and plan to bring the animal along, you must notify June Lake Premier Reservations before arrival. Lost & Found: Should a guest discover they have left an item behind, the management will be happy to go to the property and look for it. There is a $20 fee to go to the property and look/retrieve the item. Guest will also be responsible for the cost incurred to mail it to its destination. Occupancy: All of our rental properties have a designated occupancy limit. This limit has been set by the Mono County Chapter 26 Ordinance. All guests must comply with the occupancy limits. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction. Remember children and infants do count as people are a considered a part of the occupancy limit.

The property is very nice. Very roomy for our group of people. Beds were great- we all slept comfortably. Location was awesome! Great view of gull lake and very peaceful environment. Only a few minutes from June Lake marina and from the small town.

Very spacious & nicely decorated. It offers a beautiful, panoramic view of Gull lake and the mountains, access to local trails, and close proximity to all restaurants and shops.

June lake fishing

This condo was amazing for our group of 8 adults. Property management Pam was great and easy to get a hold of. Very clean, comfortable, and location and view were great. All the amenities they had worked well and the bathrooms looked like upgraded which are very nice. We all felt like we were at a 4 star resort. I highly recommend this condo.

Great condo in a great location

We had a large group so we rented a three-bedroom and a two-bedroom condo. The accommodations were perfect for our group and we enjoyed every moment of our trip. We made two meals in the condos and the kitchen accoutrements were sufficient to serve all of our large group. Tritip, a beer, and a view that'll soothe a savage breast. When the vagaries of daily life attack the notion that humans are part of nature, I shall return here to heal.

Great mountain condo overlooking Gull Lake

This was a great mountain condo in the June Lake Loop that overlooks Gull Lake and is very close to June lake and about 8 minutes away from Silver Lake Resort. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms, we only had 5 people and it could have slept a lot more. The home is attached to 2 other condos on either side, you could hear neighbor noise a little bit, but it was not bad. It was very clean and had clean towels and sheets and the kitchen had just about everything you will need. It has a traditional coffee maker, so don’t bring K-cups, they provided a few days worth of coffee for the coffee maker. It was great having a washer/dryer in the home as well. The property also has a community spa and basketball court. The only downside for some people could be all the steps to get to the front door, it was about 15 steps up to get to the main living area. Overall great experience and would rent this place again in the future!
